With 18000/24000/30000/40000 rpm motorized spindle to meat all kinds of high specular engraving and milling. CNC graphite machine
1. Adopt full enclosed cover, with industrial vacuuming device to dry cut for graphite. With water structure to wet cutting.
2. Linear way sliding block adopt dust prevention type to avoid graphite enter moving parts for accelerated wear.
3. Special design of graphite collection water tank is according to dry and wet cutting, convenient for dust collection and clean.
1. X,Y,Z axis are linear way, standard feed speed is 10m/min. CM650B also can be specially matched to 24m/min.
2. Through the finite element analysis, adopt high quality Resin sand casting, accuracy stability and high rigidity, keep processing stability under high speed.
3. Spindle box adopt flange type structure, improve spindle cutting rigidity and enhanced spindle anti-collision performance.
4. The key components such as couplings, bearings, and ball screws are from Germany. Japan and Taiwan brand precision high quality spare parts, ensure high stability quality of machine.
5. Standard accessories: ER25/ER32/24000 rpm motorized spindle, can with BT30 spindle and 12tools umbrella type ATC. Shield top cover and ventilation system can be configured to achieve full protection.
6. Standard accessories: Taiwan LNC and Japan Yaskawa three axis servo motor and drive. Can optional Syntec system, Mitsubishi system, Fanuc system.
